This class focuses on the basic essentials for school Dance Teams: toe touch, leaps, calypso, c jumps, pirouettes, ala secondes, turning Disc, basic pom and kick technique and more! This is a great class to take to preapre for team tryouts.

This class focuses on the advanced skills used in dance routines to step up the WOW factor! 540's, butterfly jumps, barrel jumps, switch leaps, switch tilts, turning combos and so much more!

This class will dive a little deeper into pom fundamentals; whether trying to build your confidence, learn new techniques, or prepare for a middle school team, this class will help you to step up your skill level.

This class focuses on introducing kids to work with others, build self confidence, learn creative movements and let the energy out, all while laying the foundation for solid dance skills. We use educational aspects such as colors, numbers, letters to dip their tiny toes into the wonderful world of dance!

This intro class will teach confidence, teamwork, and all the basics of pom routines. Learn short combos to fun music that will keep you moving and having a great time! Pom basics are key if you want to be on a school team in the future!

Calling all adults that need to get out of the house and move! No experience required-come listen to 80's, 90's, 00's hits and work up a sweat while learning short pom moves and combos to your favorite hits! (similar vibe to zumba)

This specialized class focuses on kick technique, height, strength, and fundamentals, covering the various styles of kicks needed for school dance. This class pairs well with body strength and flexibility.

This program covers everything you need for success in pom dancing: from mastering pom placement to sharpening execution. Take your basic pom movements to the next level, and learn to dance with force and purpose, commanding attention with every move. Join us and elevate your pom skills to new heights!

This class focuses on mastering tumbling elements found in dance routines, including handsprings, headsprings, aerials, butterfly jumps, tucks and more!

Whether you are brand new to acro, or know a thing or two already, come learn and advance your knowledge! Learn back and front walkovers, round offs, aerials, and so much more!

Enjoy an open studio, and work on anything you'd like! Instructors will be present for safety reasons + feedback, but this is not an instructor led class. You may choose to work on a solo, work on strength and flexibility, routines, skills and so much more! You will have access to weights, gym mats, yoga equipment, etc. To give students appropriate space to work as they please, open gym caps at 15 dancers.
